Simon Property Group’s South Shore Plaza holds 2,165,000 sq ft of retail space and includes a newly-constructed three-level, Nordstrom -- making it New England’s largest mall.

Our brand valuation revealed that it was necessary for the company to improve its image among the general public. We developed new brand awareness between its various retailers and strengthened relations with customers. A new directive to develop promotional and communication tools included new mall directories, direct mail packages, and promotional print media.

The new visual system contributed significantly to South Shore Plaza’s brand awareness.
