A science-based health care company improving patient care through neurotechnology

NeuroMetrix was founded in 1996 as an MIT/Harvard Medical School spinoff. NeuroMetrix develops and markets products for the detection, diagnosis, and monitoring of peripheral nerve and spinal cord disorders, such as those associated with diabetes, carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbosacral disc disease, and spinal stenosis. The company primarily focuses on diabetes, specifically detection and monitoring of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).

The company distributes and sells its products directly through independent sales representatives and telemarketing, and through third party distributors to physicians, clinics, and hospitals comprised of primary care, internal medicine, orthopedic and hand surgeons, pain medicine physicians, neurologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation, physicians, and neurosurgeons in the United States and internationally.

Signature Graphics created a brand strategy and identity for NeuroMetrix that would demonstrate its leader status and coordinate all its operations and services. After developing a brand strategy, we created a unique identity that could be used for all of its packaging and promotional pieces, including research white papers. Then, to support and entrench the new brand and ensure consistent application, we developed a wide-ranging set of brand identity guidelines.
