J.Jill offers unique and fashionable women’s apparel, accessories, and footwear. The J. Jill Group’s fortune has been catalog fashion, and catalogs aren’t so fashionable anymore. To mend its bottom line, the direct marketer turned to retail outlets and online sales, with aggressive plans to open new stores across the US; it currently operates about 205 stores nationwide.

With the help of consumer insights – and with an eye on the return on investment – we identified a need for the store to have more personality and provide inspiration and fun throughout. We created signage and incentive programs while tightly following branding strategies and identity programs.

With a strong vision and concept, J. Jill is poised to be a success in their industry.
